Mt Stirling customer satisfaction survey 17 December 2019
In September 2019, the RMB conducted a survey to assess customer satisfaction of Mt Stirling visitors.
The RMB aims for facilities and services provided by the RMB and Stirling Experience during the snow season to meet the needs of visitors and strives for continual improvement and responsiveness.
The RMB team intends to conduct customer satisfaction surveys each year with the following aims:
